Returns Policy
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be:

  • In original condition, unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@maisonelan.com. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any issues immediately so we can address them.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can return orders within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds
